He has been and continues to be the most significant influence in my spiritual life. And I can never do enough to repay him. I have never met him in this life, yet each day I live to serve him. When I found out about Srila Gurudeva, as I call him, I felt a strong surge of emotion in my heart, of love, and of longing. I had to meet him. And slowly, as I realized that I couldn’t, because he had left the world in 2002 when I was just a toddler, I started looking for everything and everyone that could bring me closer to him. On this quest, I started realizing how unlimited he is and how present he still is, in his ocean-like legacy—he instills life into our sleep-like states of being, by his books, his talks, his paraphernalia, his photos, his videos, his priceless time with Srila Prabhupada, his life story, and his exchanges with so many of his friends and disciples. Everything he has left behind, including a beautiful spiritual family of all his loved ones, has been my safe haven for as long as I have known him and longed for him. His legacy has been my savior, and it did not take me much time to realize I wanted to share it with the world. My little sparrow-like endeavors to preserve and share his legacy, along with my sister Audarya Radhika, started six years ago, in 2016, and they are insignificant, but they have sailed me through my life in separation from Tamal Krishna Maharaja. My relationship with him is through service. And so many of his disciples have supported me on this journey. My first significant encounter with Srila Gurudeva was in a video I watched of him in August 2016, and within a very short span, my whole life started revolving around him.
